Use of the App

You may use Real Minder only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device and activities.
We may update the app from time to time to add, improve, or remove features.

Accounts & Data

No account is currently required to use Real Minder.
All activity and history data is stored locally on your device. Future updates may include optional cloud sync and accounts.
Uninstall behavior: Since data is local, uninstalling the app removes your in-app data from your device. Learn more and see backup edge cases on Data & Deletion.

Limitations

Real Minder is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for missed reminders, data loss, or other indirect damages resulting from use of the app.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the app's operation.
Do not use the app to violate applicable laws or infringe on others' rights.
Do not introduce malware or engage in abusive or disruptive behavior.

Intellectual Property

Real Minder, including its name, logos, and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or materials without written permission.

Third-Party Services

We may rely on trusted third-party services (e.g., Firebase) for analytics, crash reporting, and notifications. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you misuse it or violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
